Pick friends who are good and can help each other in every way.

Don't get involved with people who are cruel and heartless.

Friends who are bad influences can drag you down to the point that you lose your fortune and reputation forever and end up in the hells.

Worry gives rise to fear.

If you have no worries,you won't fear anything.

If you are unselfish,then you have nothing to fear.

Indeed,there is nothing to be afraid ofif you avoid contending,are not greedy,do not seek,are not selfish,do not pursue personal advantages,and do not lie.

If there is a ghost in your mind,you will be afraid of ghosts;

but,if there is no ghost in your mind,then ghosts will be afraid of you..

(I can't believe this..haha)

We should live each day in meaningful way.

Don't let idle thoughts overhelm you.

To be influenced by idle thoughts all day long is simply to be a fool.

Thinking about impossible and unnecessary things,one merely creates problems for oneself and asks for trouble.
